An offer of B Shares in Property Improvements Limited (“Issuer”) is currently open for applications from existing shareholders of 650 Great South Road Limited. 

A total of 1,200,000 B Shares in the Issuer are being offered to the existing shareholders of 650 Great South Road Limited. Further details are set out in the product disclosure statement dated 28 November 2024 relating to the offer (“PDS”), which the Issuer has lodged with the Registrar of Financial Service Providers. 

The closing date for applications is set out in the PDS but can be extended as set out in the PDS. This page will be updated if the closing date is extended.
